Our Return Policy

We want you to love your Cozyvi footwear! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be approved by our customer service team before shipping back.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn or used cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

How to Start a Return

Contact Customer Service

Email us at support@cozyvi.com with your order number and reason for return. All returns require approval before shipping.

Receive Return Authorization

Once approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and the return shipping address.

Ship Your Return

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the issue was caused by us.

Get Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Refund & Shipping Costs

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

  • Full refund for items returned in original, unworn condition
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer
  • If the problem was caused by us (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we will cover the return shipping cost
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Our Fault? We Cover It!

If you received a defective item or we made an error with your order, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Contact us at support@cozyvi.com to arrange an exchange. The same return shipping policy applies: customer pays return shipping unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
