You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, orders are processed for shipping and cannot be changed. Please contact us at support@cozyvi.com immediately if you need to make changes.

Ground shipping typically takes 5-8 business days within the continental US. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and PO Boxes may take 7-14 business days. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Orders of $59.99 or more ship FREE! For orders under $59.99, we offer flat-rate ground shipping for just $9.99. We currently ship to all 50 US states.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account or using our order tracking page.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Please contact support@cozyvi.com to request a return authorization before sending anything back.

Email us at support@cozyvi.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you'll receive return instructions. Customer pays return shipping unless the issue was caused by us (wrong item, defect, etc.).

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note it may take additional time for your bank to post the refund.

Our slippers and boots come in women's sizes 5-11. We recommend ordering your regular shoe size. If you're between sizes or prefer a roomier fit, size up. Check the size guide on each product page for detailed measurements.

For best results, spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Allow to air dry away from direct heat. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
